"My friend Joe and I booked an 8 hour trip with Phantom Tri-Rivers Charters on 5/28/15. We were provided with Allen as our Guide and we couldn't have been happier. He was an experienced guide who knew his way around the streams in the Talkeetna area and he made sure we hit fish. My friend and I caught Dolly Vardens 25 inches long and some up to 6 pounds and Rainbows up to 20.5 inches. Between the two of us we caught 68 fish - all nice size. Great service - would certainly use them again,"

"May 5th, 2015, low water, very little rain for an Alaskan spring. I had Allen as my guide. Low stained water didn't stop his ability to put me on fish! Largest fly rainbow in 4 years. Largest fly Dollie as well. When it shut down early we went back to re-fish a few runs, that doesn't happen with any other guide I've used here in AK. He was very focused on trying multiple patterns, tough day to fish turned into a great time. Highly recommended."

"I had one day left to fly fish an Alaskan river for rainbows. Phantom River Charters arranged a guided trip up into one of the smaller feeder streams with Nico as my guide. Nico put me on lunker bows immediately and for the duration of the trip. I can tell you he is one terrific guide, knowledgable and very professional, and one of the best I have had in some 50plus years of fly fishing. I recommend Phantom Charters without reservation."

"Guide was terrible. Loaded the boat up with people 6 people fishing on one boat. No one even caught a fish in 5 hours. Guide had no idea what he was doing. Go with another fishing group if you want to catch fish. Worst day of fishing ever."
